Premium In-Home Delivery option includes:

• Opening, pre-delivery set up & inspection of your item
• 30 minute text ahead
• Delivery and assembly in your residence along with removal and recycling of packaging materials.
• We just ask that access to your residence be clear of any obstructions and your room(s) be clear and ready to accept the delivery.

We deliver to most areas, Monday through Friday for the competitive cost of $229.99. And Saturdays for just $249.99. Orders under $599.99 will be charged $99.99. There is no delivery charge on orders for mattresses and foundations with a minimum purchase of $599.99. Mattresses and foundations under $599.99 will be charged $99.99. Single chair/Recliner only is charged $99.99. We deliver to all islands for a special delivery rate. PICK UP

Customer Pick up for the true Do-it-yourselfer:

• Swansea Distribution Center Pickup Hours Mon-Sat 10am-5:00pm, Sun 11am-5:00pm. Please arrive by 5pm.
• Please bring 2 able bodied friends to load, secure, and unload your purchase. Items are heavy and require moving by customer.
• Please use an appropriate vehicle and assistance to safely transport large, heavy items.
• Due to insurance, we will not put items on vehicle roofs, or put them in an inappropriate vehicle, supply any tie down or packing materials.
• Customers assume responsibility for damage or injury from handling, assembling, and transporting goods.
• Customers picking up, will also do all unpacking, assembly, removal and disposal / recycling of packing materials.
• In order to protect our customers from identity theft and fraud, we require IDENTITY VERIFICATION prior to pick up and prior to processing orders placed online.
  • Please bring your ID, a second form of identification, your confirmation email, and potentially additional identity verification information when you come to pick up.

PARCEL SHIPPING

• We currently support Parcel Shipping to all 6 New England states, (Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island).
• Pricing is based on purchased products dimensions, weight, shipping method (USPS, UPS, FedEx) as well as distance from our warehouse to the destination.
• Not all products are eligible for Parcel Shipping.
• Shipping time will be listed for specific items that are eligible for Parcel Shipping
